IF AQRD MRO AND USER HAVE NOT SIGNED AN NDA, THEN BY ACCESSING THE DOCUMENT, USER AGREES: THIS DOCUMENT MAY BE USED OR DISCLOSED SOLELY FOR PURPOSE(S) PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY AQRD MRO IN A SEPARATE WRITING AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DOCUMENT OR ANY INFORMATION DERIVED FROM THE DOCUMENT BE USED OR DISCLOSED FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT DOES NOT BENEFIT AQRD MRO DIRECTLY. UPON AQRD MRO'S REQUEST, THIS DOCUMENT (AND ALL INFORMATION DERIVED FROM IT) SHALL BE RETURNED TO AQRD MRO. THIS DOCUMENT IS COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL INFORMATION EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (“FOIA”) OR SIMILAR FOREIGN LAW.

REPAIR AND ALTERATION APPLICANT

AQRD MRO Engineering is the applicant for repairs and alterations acting on your behalf. As such AQRD will develop the data, substantiation, and certification basis to show compliance to the FAA regulations. For Major repairs and alterations, AQRD Engineering will also make a finding of compliance to the FAA regulations via FAA Form 8110-3 IAW FAA Order 8110.37. This finding of compliance is for a serial number specific aircraft or component only and is only applicable for that serial numbered component or aircraft unless otherwise noted. As the customer, you are obligated to provide all necessary data and documentation to support AQRD’s Engineering team so that we can support showing compliance and findings of compliance to the FAA Regulations. AQRD will provide the finding of compliance and engineering instructions only to its customer for use on a serial number specific application unless otherwise noted. All analysis methodology, analysis tools, AQRD substantiation analysis, AQRD developed data, AQRD material allowables, and or other AQRD proprietary data used to develop a finding of compliance for its customer against a serial number specific aircraft or component, will remain the sole property and privilege of AQRD MRO.

INVOICING

Please note AQRD may partially invoice to cover costs incurred during support. AQRD will provide advance notice prior to any partial invoice. Milestones at which AQRD may invoice include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Upon providing the initial draft (ERO, EO, Test Plan, Test Report, etc).
  2. Completion of specific milestones or phases as applicable.
  3. Final draft acceptance.
  4. Final 8110-3 approval.
  5. Completion of ICA approval (if required).
